Coldharbour Estates

Kinross bought the Coldharbour site in 2025 after four years in conversation with the family that farmed it. The land sits between the village and the bypass, and the brief from the parish was plain: keep the hedgerows, keep the footpath, and build houses people can afford to live in.

We are now in pre-application. The first phase of sixty homes is held for key workers on a shared ownership basis, and the remaining land will come forward in two further phases once the spine road is adopted.

What we kept

Hedgerows and the public footpath retained in full. Air source heat pumps to every home.
