Four stages, and we stay on the site through all of them

Land

We buy the site, or we option it, and we talk to the parish before we talk to a planner.

Planning

We design to what the place can carry, then take the application through in public.

Build

Our own site team, one main contractor, and a programme the neighbours can read.

Handover

Snagging closed before completion, and a maintenance contact that answers for two years.

A cleared development plot with a survey stake, the kind of site we buy

Land

Sites from half an acre to twenty, within an hour of our office, with or without consent. We buy freehold, we option, and we do joint ventures where the landowner stays in. We will tell you inside two weeks whether it is for us, and we will tell you why if it is not.

Capital

Scheme by scheme, senior or mezzanine, with our own money in every one. You get the same monthly report our board gets: cost to complete, programme against plan, and sales or lettings as they land.
