Harbour West is the largest scheme Kinross has taken on. The quay had been derelict since the fish market closed, and the dock wall needed eleven months of repair before a single foundation went in.
The first two blocks topped out in March. Handover of phase one is set for the spring of 2027, with the public quayside opening at the same time.
What we kept
The dock wall repaired and reused as the sea defence rather than replaced.
