Stonebridge Works had good bones and a bad roof. We bought it at auction, spent the first year on the structure and the second on the fit out.
It has been fully let since the spring of 2023. The cafe on the ground floor took the corner unit that had been empty the longest.
What we kept
The original steel windows repaired and secondary glazed rather than replaced.
